Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

✔ Cancellation After Shipment

If your order has already been dispatched, you may refuse delivery and request a return after receiving the item.
In such cases, a refund will be issued after deducting shipping and handling charges.

✔ Custom Orders

Custom or personalized products cannot be canceled once processing has begun.
